Fresh truffle shipments are made in refrigerated transport 24/48h and with special packaging to ensure the maintenance of the cold chain. If the order is placed on Friday or weekends, the delivery will be made on Tuesday (if this is not a holiday). If the order is placed on a holiday, it will be considered as placed on the next working day. Holidays do not count as a delivery day.

Los envíos de trufa fresca se realizan en transporte refrigerado 24/48h y con embalajes especiales para asegurar el mantenimiento de la cadena de frío. Si el pedido se realiza viernes o fines de semana, la entrega se realizará el martes (si este no es festivo). Si el pedido se realiza en festivo, se tendrá en cuenta como realizado el siguiente día laborable. Los festivos no computan como día de entrega.
