TRUFAM is a family business that symbolizes the passion for the world of the black winter truffle from Teruel (tuber melanosporum).

TRUFAM brings together several family generations with the sole objective of offering you the purest and unique flavor of the lands of Teruel on your plate.

We have extensive experience in the cultivation and harvesting of black truffles, which are grown in our own fields in Puebla de Valverde (Teruel). This place is a perfect location for the formation of the best black winter truffles, thanks to its particular environmental and soil conditions.

We take care of the environment from the beginning of our process. In order to offer an exceptional product, our plantations are certified ORGANIC, so our truffle process, from the origin, is free of chemical products (fertilizers, herbicides or pesticides). Our mission is clear: to guarantee a natural and environmentally sustainable black winter truffle.

• Traditional harvesting: We have large hectares of our own organic cultivation, where our trained dogs are able to detect the black truffle.
