The truffle is a highly perishable food. This means that it is impossible to accept returns for food safety reasons. The USER, by purchasing on this website, accepts these conditions.

However, if you notice any anomaly in the product or shipment, please contact us as soon as possible at hola@trufam.es and we will try to find a solution.

Regarding the shipments of Extra Virgin Olive Oil bottles, if the buyer has any problem with the delivered product, he/she can contact 618489921 or hola@trufam.es to report the incident. The return period is 14 days from the date of receipt of the order. For shipment, the product and packaging must be in perfect condition and use the same box in which it was received (or, failing that, a sufficiently protective box). The owner of the website reserves the right to examine the returned product, in order to check the condition of the product and inform the buyer if the return proceeds. Once the condition of the product has been checked, the amount will be refunded using the same payment method used. The costs of the refund will be borne by the buyer.
